Touring sides are most welcome and we can promise you a great reception, a first class bowling green, a friendly but competitive game, followed by drinks from our well stocked bar.
(We now accept major credit cards, but cash is also welcome).
Our club (established in 1913) is situated on Furzeham Green overlooking Torbay and a short stroll to Brixham's Town Centre and famous fishing port. Click here for a map to find us.
We currently have 54 lady playing members, 43 gentlemen players and 15 non-playing members.
(June 2025).
New members are always welcome and we offer free coaching.
Membership renewal is £100 for 2026.
Membership is £20 for the first year to new novice members (to offset the expense of buying shoes and other items) which includes a £10 affiliation charge.
(Novice membership does not apply to members transferring from other clubs).

Opening day will take place on Saturday 18th April 2026 at 14.00, where the first wood will be bowled by our President, Jenny Moore.

Competitions
We enjoy a good standard of bowls with Mens 'A' team in the Mid Devon League, Ladies 'A', 'B' & 'C' teams in the South Devon Ladies Bowling League, the Riviera Mixed Triples League and the Mens Over 55s Triples.
The men's teams also enter the County Trophy, Foxlands, Top Club and MDL Cup.
Ladies take part in Top Club, 2x4 inter club and Gallery 4,3,2,1.
In addition we host and enter teams and individuals into County Competitions.
Other matches include our club competitions, the Ron Campion Trophy, Brixham Bodyworks Cup, the Doug Barnard Trophy, Ladies' Rena Eyles Day and Captains' Day.
